Tanggamus – In a harrowing incident, Suarni (63), a resident of Pekon Gunung Doh, Bandar Negeri Semuong District, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung, lost her life in her home following a devastating attack by a herd of wild elephants.
Eyewitness accounts and amateur videos circulating on social media reveal the destruction caused by the elephants, which originated from the Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park. The footage shows Suarni’s house reduced to rubble and, tragically, parts of her body scattered near the site.
