A chilling murder-suicide has shaken the quiet town of Peri Mirim in Maranhão, Brazil. Local authorities report that a young girl, identified as Tanyele DA, was brutally strangled to death by her boyfriend, 31-year-old Cidierdy MB, using a mobile phone charger.
Shortly after committing the horrific act, Cidierdy took his own life by hanging. The incident, marked by disturbing violence, has sparked outrage and mourning within the community, while also raising renewed concerns about domestic violence and mental health issues in the region.
