A serious motorcycle accident occurred on Saturday night (09) in Jaconé, Saquarema, in the Lakes Region of Brazil, shocking residents and tourists. The collision happened on Avenida Beira-Mar near Rua 76, where a motorcyclist struck a man crossing the avenue close to a bar.
According to initial information from Jacone em Foco Rio, the impact was extremely violent. Both the motorcyclist and the pedestrian died at the scene.
Fire department teams arrived but found both victims already dead. Part of Avenida Beira-Mar was closed for forensic work and body removal, causing heavy traffic congestion in the area.
The identities of the victims have not been officially released. The case is under investigation by the responsible police station.
