The decomposing body of an unidentified woman, believed to be in her 20s, was found washed up on a beach in Tulungagung, East Java, Indonesia. The victim’s head was separated from the torso. The only clothing items attached to the body were grey shorts with the text “Manchester City 555” and grey underwear.
Police suspect the decapitation resulted from a violent impact with a cliff or prolonged pounding by waves from the East Sea. The woman is believed to have been dead for more than a week before her body drifted ashore.
