A 34-year-old motorcyclist was decapitated after striking a steel wire on a rural property in Santa Maria de Jetibá, Espírito Santo, Brazil.
According to the Military Police, the accident occurred on a private road within the property that leads to a greenhouse under construction. The deceased was among the workers building the greenhouse. Upon entering the structure, he accelerated towards the upper section of the greenhouse and struck a wire used to brace supports, which lacked proper tension.
