A serious accident involving a garbage collection truck, a passenger car and two motorcycles left three people dead and two injured late Monday afternoon on BR-104 between Lagoa Seca and São Sebastião de Lagoa de Roça in the Agreste region of Paraíba. The victims who died were identified as Mateus, 22, Alisson Jefferson, 29, and Gabriel Henrique, 30. They suffered severe injuries from the impact, including lacerations and loss of limbs. The two injured were the truck and car drivers. The truck driver was taken to the Emergency and Trauma Hospital in Campina Grande in stable condition, while the car driver sustained only minor abrasions, remained at the scene and is well.
