the dismembered body of a man was found in the Villarroel camp of the Siglo XX District, near the building of the Basic Police School (Esbapol). The body parts were cut up and stored neatly in four bags.
The Provincial Commander of Llallagua, Oscar Barriga Parra, explained that a woman, who claimed to be the victim’s niece, identified the deceased by seeing a photograph.
