Peru — In a horrifying case that has gripped the nation, the dismembered body of José L. R. R., a well-known saxophonist and member of a Municipal Band, was discovered behind an abandoned house in a hard-to-reach area. The brutal killing and mutilation have sent waves of fear and outrage through the local community.
José was last seen on May 21 and reported missing on May 24, shortly before his family began receiving extortion threats. After an intensive search, police discovered his mutilated remains wedged between two narrow walls near the home of an acquaintance.
