A violent murder occurred in Mongkol Borey district, Banteay Meanchey province, Cambodia, on Tuesday evening just before 8 PM.
Two men were drinking alcohol together when a verbal dispute broke out for unknown reasons. The confrontation quickly escalated into a physical fight, during which one man used a knife to slash the victim, SK, 23, to death. The victim suffered multiple deep cuts to the neck, with his head nearly severed.
Police arrested the suspect, PP, 23, at the scene and transferred him to the district police station for legal proceedings.
