A 28-year-old cyclist, Álvaro F.R.R., was killed when he was struck and run over by a truck on the Pan-American Highway in Estelí, Nicaragua. The victim was riding to complete paperwork for obtaining an identity card at the time of the fatal accident. He leaves behind a wife and three daughters, including a one-month-old baby.
