In a chilling narco display, five severed male heads were found hanging from a beachside clothesline in Ecuador, accompanied by a threatening “narcomensaje” claiming control over the town.
The message read approximately: “The town is ours. Keep going out to rob the fishermen and keep asking for vaccine cards. We already have you all identified. You’re all going to die. This is how ridiculous you are.”
