A private worker named Arvind, 30, was electrocuted while working on an 11,000-volt high-tension line in Dhimarpura village, Wazirganj police station area, Budaun district. His body caught fire from the intense current, causing his head to char and fall to the ground, while the torso remained suspended on the pole for about six hours before it could be recovered.
