Mexico – 2 Dismembered Men Found in the Street
Ciudad Obregón (Mexico), 35 year old M.R. was kidnapped. 3 days later, on the night of the 16th, his dismembered body was found in the street. The body of another man, 38 year old C.G., was alongside ‘M’s.
