Costa Rica – A Nicaraguan man was detained after murdering and dismembering his brother, also Nicaraguan, while drinking. He allegedly discovered his brother had sex with his wife. The suspect decapitated and mutilated the victim, then confessed to a neighbor who alerted police. OIJ agents arrested him with blood on his clothes. He received five months of preventive prison for qualified homicide.
