The Lagos State Police Command has confirmed the killing of nine suspected kidnappers plotting to abduct wealthy individuals across the state. State Police Public Relations Officer Benjamin Hundeyin revealed that officers had been tracking the gang for eight months. Acting on intelligence received two weeks ago, State Commissioner of Police Adegoke Fayoade deployed tactical teams to dismantle the criminal network. The police described the gang as highly dangerous and notorious, emphasizing that their operation was based on credible intelligence.
