A Filipino crew member was arrested after allegedly beheading a fellow countryman aboard the Marshall Islands-flagged tanker Horizon Emmanuel docked at the Port of Santos, São Paulo coast.
The suspect, Cabello Gallano, argued with the victim, Gamisa Gajudo, before the killing. Port authorities responded to a fight report on Tuesday afternoon (16), discovering the victim dead on board. Gallano was arrested in flagrante by port guards and handed over to the Federal Police (PF) for investigation. Both men worked on the vessel, which has been at Barnabé Island since Monday (15).
