The black bag contained the severed man’s head and legs
According to the Military Police (PM), pedestrians found the part that went from the waist to the knees of a corpse. Further on, police found two suitcases that contained a head, legs and one of the arms of a dead person. It has not been confirmed, but it is suspected that the human parts constitute the same person. The case is being investigated and no one has been arrested.
