A horrific accident occurred this Thursday morning near the Monte Rosa sugar mill in Chinandega, leaving a woman dead after being struck by a heavy truck on a dirt road close to the Jiquilillo highway. The incident took place near the traffic lights at kilometer 148 ½, where the victim’s body was severely mangled, making identification impossible due to the extensive damage to her face.
