Tribal massacre in Papua New Guinea left more than 50 people dead
At least 54 people were killed in a tribal ambush in remote Akom village in Enga province on Sunday.
The bodies were recovered by local residents and police. Video captured the bodies piled up on a truck. Police and security officials in Enga said the incident marked the worst massacre in months.
