Phnom Penh, Cambodia — Traffic police in Boeng Keng Kang district are investigating a violent crash in which a black Honda Dream motorcycle carrying two people sped through a red light and slammed directly into a crossing Honda Scoopy.
The force of the impact hurled the victims and vehicles into the path of an oncoming white Toyota minivan, causing a secondary collision. The two riders on the motorcycle suffered massive trauma and died instantly on the asphalt. The Honda Scoopy rider sustained severe injuries but survived the initial impact. Medical teams stabilized the victim before rushing them to the nearest emergency ward in critical condition.
