A serious accident occurred near a rural area of Icó, Ceará state, leaving two men dead – One of them was decapitated – his severed head was thrown onto the roadside.
According to initial information, the motorcyclist was trying to overtake a car when he crashed head-on into a truck that was driving in his lane.
