Dismembered man found in Llera, Tamaulipas
A laborer who was building a house discovered a sack containing a dismembered body. The victim, a 19-year-old man, was dismembered and the killers put the body parts in a sack and dumped them at a house under construction in Llera, Tamaulipas.
