SINALOA, Mexico – In yet another gruesome display of cartel terror, a man believed to be a member of a rival faction was kidnapped by gunmen linked to the Sinaloa Cartel. A shocking video that surfaced online shows the victim being subjected to extreme torture before his horrific death.
The footage reveals the bound captive screaming in agony as a cartel butcher slices open his abdomen while still alive, reaching in and slowly pulling out his intestines in a prolonged and sadistic act. After the victim endured unimaginable pain, he was finally beheaded. The executioners then proceeded to dismember the body, a common tactic used by Mexican cartels to send terrifying messages to enemies.
